Warm Apple & Honey Oats

Warm Apple & Honey Oats

A cozy and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple (Pink Lady or Royal Gala), diced
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1 tbsp chopped Pears (Packham or Corella) (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts or Almonds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, cook the diced apple with honey and cinnamon over low heat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the oats in milk or water according to package instructions.
  3. Stir in the warm apples and top with pears, nuts, or extra honey if desired.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
