Warm Apple & Honey Oats

A cozy and nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple (Pink Lady or Royal Gala), diced
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1 tbsp chopped Pears (Packham or Corella) (optional)
- 1 tbsp Walnuts or Almonds (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, cook the diced apple with honey and cinnamon over low heat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the oats in milk or water according to package instructions.
- Stir in the warm apples and top with pears, nuts, or extra honey if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
