Berry & Mango Smoothie

Berry & Mango Smoothie

A refreshing and nutrient-packed smoothie for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (frozen)
  • ½ cup Mango Cheek (frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (diluted with water) or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
